At Pulspire, we believe you should feel confident trying our formula. That’s why every order is backed by our 60-day return policy.
60-Day Risk-Free Returns
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with original packaging included. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To begin a return, contact us at help@pulspire.com. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and clear instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, notify us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges
For the fastest turnaround, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order once your refund is processed.
European Union Customers
For EU customers, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, in line with EU regulations. The item must be in original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.
